We offer a 30-day return policy to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if received and authorized by our Happiness Fulfillment Team Members within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
JOlivers.com strives to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about products or policies listed on our website please contact one of our friendly staff members to discuss any issue important to you: 844-301-9455.
1. Please email email@example.com and/or call 844-301-9455 to visit with a member of our Happiness Fulfillment Team who will provide you with the return address along with a required Return For Inspection (RFI) number which must be included on the return shipping label.
2. All original packaging, proof of purchase and documentation must be included with the item being returned. We cannot accept a return of any item that has any indication that it has been used.
3. Inspect your purchase for damage that may have occurred while in your possession. JOlivers.com will not accept the return of damaged merchandise, including but not limited to: scratches, scuffs, and missing stones.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning merchandise to JOlivers.com (unless there was a shipping error on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping):
1. A traceable tracking number from a major shipping carrier is required.
2. Adequate insurance for contents of the package is strongly recommended for your protection. JOlivers.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We discourage returning product via unattended drop boxes. We strongly recommend returning product through an authorized shipping office where a receipt can be obtained.
Please follow the return instructions carefully.
All USPS Standard shipping is FREE for purchases over $49. For purchases less than $49, USPS Standard Shipping is only $4.95. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 1 to 8 days.
JOlivers.com will only ship to a valid street address within the United States. We are unable to ship any product to a P.O. BOX.
JOlivers.com fully insures all shipments. We recommend that you inspect your package for tampering or damage before signing for it.
JOlivers.com will notify you via email providing tracking information and method of shipment. All orders placed that require no further processing, (such as sizing, custom modifications, etc) will be shipped the following business day. All orders requiring customization will be shipped the day of completion.
In some cases we may require the billing address to match the shipping address.
All expedited orders and/or orders over $300 will require a signature.
